We've been thinking about how to make your time at Cohills a little more memorable — whether you're arriving in the quiet of early June or right in the middle of August. This season we're launching two packages, each designed around the way we like to host: good food, good drinks, and a room worth lingering in.
The Shoulder Escape
May 15 – June 19 & September 16 – October 31 · 2-Night Minimum
The shoulder seasons in Lubec are our best-kept secret. The crowds have thinned, the tides are still rolling in from the Bay of Fundy, and Quoddy Head is yours to walk without sharing the trail. If you've been waiting for the right time to finally make the trip — this is it.
Book any 2-night stay during our shoulder season and we'll have your room ready before you arrive. That includes a welcome package waiting on the table, your choice of a local craft beer selection or a bottle of wine — picked by you at booking, stocked by us before you check in. We also include a $50 pub credit toward food and drinks, valid any day the pub is open during your stay.

Stay + Savor
June 20 – September 15 · 3-Night Minimum
This one is simple: the longer you stay, the better the table gets.
Book any 3-night stay during our prime season and we'll add a $50 food and beverage credit to your tab. No strings, no categories, no minimum spend. Put it toward a round of cocktails on the patio, a lobster roll you didn't plan on ordering, or dessert you absolutely shouldn't skip. We'll apply it at check-in and let you decide how to use it.
