We are now into our full summer hours. Closed on Tuesday, we are open Wednesday through Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 with the kitchen closing at 7:45. As a reminder, we do not take dinner reservations but instead work on a first come first serve basis.
The international marathon is this weekend and we are excited to have everyone in town. We will be open for food and drinks Thursday - Monday 4:00 to 8:00. On Sunday, day of the race, we will begin serving food and drink at 12:00 noon.
In addition, for the summer we will be opening up the Bar Friday - Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00 for drinks only. We do intend to have live music this summer on the deck or in the Pub so keep an eye out on the schedule as we begin to book acts. The shoulder seasons in Lubec are our best-kept secret. The crowds have thinned, the tides are still rolling in from the Bay of Fundy, and Quoddy Head is yours to walk without sharing the trail. If you've been waiting for the right time to finally make the trip — this is it.
Book any 2-night stay during our shoulder season and we'll have your room ready before you arrive. That includes a welcome package waiting on the table, your choice of a local craft beer selection or a bottle of wine — picked by you at booking, stocked by us before you check in. We also include a $50 pub credit toward food and drinks, valid any day the pub is open during your stay.

This one is simple: the longer you stay, the better the table gets.
Book any 3-night stay during our prime season and we'll add a $50 food and beverage credit to your tab. No strings, no categories, no minimum spend. Put it toward a round of cocktails on the patio, a lobster roll you didn't plan on ordering, or dessert you absolutely shouldn't skip. We'll apply it at check-in and let you decide how to use it.

2026 Season Opening Announcement
Cohill’s Inn & Pub will open for the season on May 15th, kicking off our 20th season here in Lubec since we first opened our doors in May of 2007. Rooms are available starting on May 3rd.
We’re looking forward to another summer of good food, drinks, and seeing familiar faces along with plenty of new ones. Early in the season our schedule will be limited, but we’ll be adding hours and additional days as we get closer to summer, so please keep checking the website for the latest updates.

The pub will be closed on Thursday September 4th for a private party.
Effective August 22nd, we are now closed on both Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be open Thursday through Monday, 4:00 to 8:00 with the kitchen closing at 7:45.
Starting the week of June 16th, we will begin adding additional hours. For that week and the weekend of the marathon our hours will be as follows:

Saturday and Sunday 11:30 to 8:00

As of June 1st, the pub is now open Friday - Monday, 4:00 to 8:00. We will maintain these hours until the Marathon week where we will be open 6 days a week, closed on Tuesday. It is our intention to offer lunch on the weekends this summer, so please stay tuned for those updated hours.
The 2025 season is right around the corner. Rooms are available mid Mad through the end of October. We will open the Pub starting May 16th for the weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and then will continue to add days as the month of May progresses. Updates will be listed here and on the main page.
We currently have 1 room left for the Marathon, this is available for Saturday and Sunday, with a 2 night minimum required.
