Due to a continued shortage of staffing, we will be open Memorial Day weekend Friday - Sunday, 4:7 for food and drink. On Monday, we will be open from 4-7 but only for Drinks. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to work through these staffing challenges.
As of 5/14 we are now open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4 to 7 for Food and Drinks. As we continue to get closer to Memorial Day we will continue adding days and expanding our hours.
Almost Summer Deck Time - Wine, Cigars and the random fire pit
May is almost here and we are beginning to formalize our May hours. As of now here is what our schedule looks like:
May 3rd & 4th - Pub open from 4-7 for drinks and light snacks
May 10th & 11th - Pub open from 4-8 for Food and Drinks
May 12th - Beverage Brunch 11 - 2 (this will be a liquid only brunch….)
May 17th - 20th - Pub open from 4 - 8 for Food and Drinks
Stay tuned for more details on our schedule and the launch of our Dinner Club. The Dinner Club will take one night a week and be a private event. There will only be so many slots available and you will need to pre purchase your summer allocation. We will have more details in the coming days as well as instructions on how to buy into the club.

Time to start getting ready for the summer season. As of April 15th we have rooms for rent and the Pub will begin opening Friday and Saturday nights for Beer/Wine/Cocktails. As we move into May we will slowly begin to add additional days and hours along with a food menu. Stay tuned for updates as we approach May.

Sunday, October 15th will be our final night of the season in the pub. Come out and help us celebrate what has been a very good year. To all of you that have supported us through the season and the years, we are extremely grateful.

Starting the week of the 10th, we will be adding back Vinyl night on Thursdays. Featuring selections from our album collection, or your own (correct, bring your own album), we will spin some good music, offer up beer/wine/cocktails with desert and charcuterie trays. Last year this was a fun and relaxing way to spend a fall evening and we look forward to doing the same this year.
The Pub will be closed Sunday September 10th through Wednesday September 13th for Maintenance. We will reopen on Thursday the 14th for normal Fall hours (Thursday - Monday, 4:00 to 8:00, kitchen closing 7:30)

Well, we are not sure where the summer went, but it is rapidly fading into the early signs of fall. With this transition, we will be changing our operating hours/days effective the week of August 28th. Starting that week, we will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thursday through Monday hours will be 4:00 to 8:00 with the kitchen closing at 7:45.
As of the 4th of July we have added Wednesday to our schedule. We are now open 6 days a week from 4:00 to 8:00, closed on Tuesdays. The kitchen closes at 7:45
As of May 29th, Memorial Day, we are now open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 4:00 to 8:00. These will be our hours until around the 3rd week of June.
As of May 25th, we will now be open Friday - Monday. As the spring progresses into summer we will slowly add days. Check back here for more details.
Cohills officially re-opens for Season 18 on May 5th from 4:00 to 8:00. For the first two weeks of May, we will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. After the 15th of May, we will begin adding in extra days, eventually getting to 6 days a week, lunch and dinner. Our plan as of now (subject to change) is that lunch will run from 11:30 to 2:00 and the pub will open at 4 for drinks and food at 4:30 or 5:00, closing at 8.
