Our 2018 season is rapidly approaching and we are excited to bring you new food and drink items. We will kick off our season on May 5th with a Philly inspired super bowl event. Details will be available shortly.
Rooms are available for rent beginning May 1st. The pub will be open the first 3 weekends of May. We will begin full time, 7 days a week dining beginning Memorial day weekend. Stay tuned for details on our actual hours of operation.
We have just arrived back from a wonderful 3 weeks of business research in Ireland and are excited to once again bring back recipes and whiskeys from the Emerald Isle for the upcoming season. Speaking of which, our spring schedule will be as follows. The Inn is open for lodging beginning May 1st. The pub will be open for drinks and food the first 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) of May. We will begin operating our normal summer schedule beginning Memorial Day weekend.
We have also had two cancelations for the upcoming Marathon. For that weekend we do require a 3 night stay, Fri-Sun. As of now, room 4 and room 8 are available.

2016 was a fantastic year here at Cohills and the Down East. We are very excited to welcome in the new year and look forward to seeing everyone at the Pub and Inn. For now, we are opening the Pub on select weekends until we officially open in May. Those openings are posted on our Face Book page so be sure and check in there.
While the Pub is not open, we are still taking room reservations for the spring time. Drop us a note or give us a call and we can help answer any questions that you might have.
The summer season is just around the corner and we are excited to see everyone in town. We will do a soft opening of the pub the first three weekends of May. For Mothers day weekend, the pub will be open Friday the 6th from 3-8 serving drinks. We will serve food on the 7th and 8th from 3-8.
On the weekends of May 13th and May 20th, we will be open from 3-8 serving both food and drink.
Memorial day weekend, the 27th, will begin our normal hours of operation. Seven days a week, 11 to 9.
Things are starting to pick up in Lubec as we inch closer to the Marathon and then the 4th of July, both of which signify the beginning of season. As Farmers markets steadily grown, we continue our push to source as much locally grown and harvested foods as possible. Yesterday we received a beautiful Halibut that we will feature on the menu today and tomorrow while supplies last.
We had a fantastic opening weekend. Great crowds, home made soups and curry's and our first biker rally of the season. We are looking forward to seeing you this summer.

We ended the 2014 season with a bang, donating all of our receipts from the last day to the local SOS animal shelter. All in all we donated almost $2,000 to this charity. A special thanks to all that came out on the last day of the season to support us and the community.
